About once a year there is a medical image published in the New England Journal of Medicine that is memorable. Today's image is just that - one that you don't need to be much of physician to diagnose:

Good question. At least you didn't ask if it was half full/half empty.
John, you made me splurt my juice with the half full/half empty comment. :D Having worked as a medical secretary at one of Sweden's largest hospitals, I've seen one or two strange images first hand. Ain't nowt as odd as people, that's fer sure.
